Brazilian Method

Bom dia amigos!!

I am so excited to announce that my Brazilian Method class at Method Movement is now running four times a week:

Mondays at 7.30pm

Wednesdays at 6.30pm

Fridays at 9.30am

Saturdays at 10am

Every class is selling out, so unless you want to be on the waiting list you’ll have to sign up quickly!

It is a fun but challenging workout that combines all of my favourite movements for your lower body - legs, abs and of course it wouldn’t be a Brazilian class without a focus on your glutes!

We don’t use any machinery, only your own body weight and mini resistance bands, my favourite piece of equipment! I always explain each exercise fully, so that everybody gets the most out of the workout and understands exactly what muscles we are targeting. It’s also a workout that you can copy at home once you get the hang of it, but it’s obviously more fun to join the class with my authentic Brazilian music ;)
